The precision in those unbalanced passes are incredible. This is not first time, he does it on a constant basis. He is really special.

Though, it would be better to hit the open man in the corner :D

And as for the luka comparison, of course it is off but still sengun will make Hakeem94's insane takes closer to reality than the haters' takes. Amazing!

I know the level of competition is drastically inferior to the NBA, but I have been really happy from his moments from range so far.

He does really need to work on hitting outside shooters. I've noticed he doesn't do it as often as making fancy passes to cutters. To be fair, part of that may be that he hasn't played with very many good three point shooters. FVV should help with that and hopefully Jalen & Jabari will start knocking 'em down.

Turkey did not qualify for this summer's World Cup. They are in the pre-Olympic tournament to qualify as an extra team for Paris. If they win Sunday, they are in. So, to say the least, tomorrow's game is the most important game of Sengun's young career.

But take a look at the competition, breh.

It is really just a more serious G League game.

Definitely above G-League IMO. These teams are full of serious FIBA professionals, most of them in their primes.

Most of those FIBA pros have rarely played against NBA pros unless it is an exhibition game and that is against 2nd stringers at best too.

A lot of them have played in EuroLeague, and the competition level there is pretty close to the NBA's these days, hence why you see guys like Luka come over and their game immediately translates almost without missing a step.

Like Soccer Basketball is played widely over the globe but the quality is vastly diverse, distinguishable and not the same.

We are talking about Sweden and Iceland and Bulgaria without Vezenkov.

It is like watching Turkey as the 25 year old going against 15 year olds.

Yeah, I'm not saying it's not a lower competition level than the NBA, it definitely is. I just think it's a significant step above G-League or even Summer League ball.

It cannot be because Sweden’s top 10 players might not all be able to play on G-League level.

The intensity probably but not the level.

Name 5 of Sweden players without googling them.

I think what you see with lower European countries is that they play very team-oriented and they play together, that probably would give them a +10 points boost.

I mean I can name all of their starters since I just watched the game, but I guess that's probably not what you mean :p

But several of their players normally play in Liga ACB, which is Spain's top league and one of the best basketball leagues in the world, and I guarantee you teams there would absolutely thrash G-League teams.

    I edited my post.

What you see with lower Euro teams is that they play a brand of great team ball and that makes it seem they are way more talented than they are individually.

The G-League got its reputation because it is an experimental league with great leapers, great physical freaks and those that are undrafted.

With a lot of crude plays run there or no plays run being run.

The kindergarten of the NBA if you will.

    Fair enough!

It's always hard to compare because the styles are very different.

I wished that the G-League would be run like the NBA but reality hits and they are just exhibition games.

It could have been much better if those guys responsible tried harder IMO.

As you implied invite more international coaches to the G League as well.
