Should be a playoff atmosphere at MinuteMaid for this one. Maybe not quite "do or die" but close.

 

Astros are going to sweep in spectacular fashion.

Outscoring them 30-12.

Astros hit 9 HR

Altuve (2), Bregman (2), Yordan, Tucker, Diaz, and Pena will all hit at least 1 HR. Either Singleton or Meyers will get the other it's just too hard for me to make it out right now.

Great view. Miserably hot. We left during the middle innings of JV's home return start as we preferred getting powerade and water at normal prices and watching the game at home with AC. I've been in the 300s and 400s before and it wasn't like this before. I'm guessing there is an air flow problem that keeps the AC from hitting where we were in that Section.

 

I'd argue the Ms have better pitching as of recent.

 

Dusty gonna find a reason to start Maldy tonight. Probably wants JP to get use to working with Maldy in the playoffs.

 

Must take 2/3 and hope Rangers lose 2/3 to Mil.

JP France and Diaz have such good pitcher/catcher chemistry…why mess with that? Why does Dusty have to rob Diaz of every pitcher when he does well with them?

Even when Diaz is in the lineup Dusty finds a way to make it stupid. France has had tremendous results with Diaz, if France gets rocked tonight I can't but blame it on this decision.
