    Huge effing series. If it goes well, we stay in division contention and pretty much solidify a Wild Card spot at minimum. It goes poorly, we are out of division contention and Wild Card spot is in serious jeopardy.

    By Dusty's own logic Diaz needs some experience catching Framber in case Maldy gets injured prior to the postseason.

    It won't happen, but Diaz should catch all 3 of these games.

    There is ZERO reason Maldy should start games 1 or 3 though so I will have to be satisfied with 2 of 3.

    The Astros are 19-11 in their last 30 - but the M's are 21-9 in their last 30.

    Astros arguably have the better pitching match up

    I'm a little worried. M's are RED HOT and you KNOW they want this series. We need to match their sense of urgency and not play this series like we have a 6 game lead in the division.

    stros 2-5 vs the mariners this year. in 4 of the losses, the stros scored 1 run

    we need the offense to show up, let's tie up the season series

    How early must one arrive for an Altuve jersey, do you think?

    Edit: 320 should be fantastic seats. I've always enjoyed the 300 sections. I'll be down behind the Stros dugout.
