lol. That's the first thing I said. How many "clutch opportunities" are we talking about here? Since they don't post their methodology, it's just another goofy stat thrown out there for people to click on and say "AHA!"
Why they even list whole teams, they just need to put the ball in the hands of their best FT shooters on every team....that is about it.
Since following the NBA starting around 1991. I never would have guessed as many stats would be here these days. I like the statmuse site though I have to admit.
Ime Udoka to Rockets: ‘Play defense, play hard, and play together’ https://rocketswire.usatoday.com/20...kets-play-defense-play-hard-and-play-together
Everybody and their mama is a franchise player! We're going to the championships! Even our 2nd team is full of franchise players... Cam, Amen, and KPJ are going to rep the "7-1-3"! Add Eason and our 2nd team is going to win a championship, too!
What a bum coach / dad https://www.tmz.com/2023/08/22/nia-...oach-not-paying-child-support/?adid=social-tw
First mistake, blowing it with Nia Long. How big of a **** up do you have to be to let that hot piece of a go??! Strike 2,3,4,5 and 6, not being a good dad. You don't support your kids? WTF are you doing with your life man??
I like this for clutch ability: Gives you a specific criteria of what a "clutch attempt" is, volume and efficiency.
More time to dedicate to coaching. Green, Sengun, and Smith are his sons now. Rockets keep winning this offseason!
Not the biggest fan of the contested qualifier, bricking an open clutch 3 is just as painful as bricking one with two dudes draped over you. Remarkable that he has 50 of them regardless out of 1300+ FGA, but clutch stats like these are vulnerable to SSS noise, and can vary wildly from season to season, see: Westbrook, Russell.
