    Christi is running a good race, he is everywhere, doesn't back down on the subject matter, I may not always like his answer but he`s closer to my views than the other gop candidates and he "appears" to know how to work both sides of the aisles and thinks folks like MTG and Booberet are a clown show.

    He`s not out kissing trumps ass and doesn't sit on the fence..........for that reason he has a tough road ahead, but I give the man props.

    ...I think Christie knows he can't win the nomination. I even believe he's not really trying to win it now.

    The ongoing wreck of the great MAGA train has to be cleared, and the subsequent debris wiped up, before there can be any turn back towards anything like respectability for the Republican party.

    I like to think that Chris Christie recognizes this. Nothing about the current straits of the Republican party can be righted until they go through a full delousing...and that much pest control isn't happening in one night or even one campaign cycle.

    I believe Christie is prepping people for a legitimate option sometime in the future. Anybody that's serious about changing the party profile, at least.

    Wishful thinking, perhaps.

    Hard to find a cure for a disease you've convinced yourself you don't have...;)
