He called her his best friend - pretty sure she is his only friend. She supposedly is the opposite of him in many ways. Attractive, personable and comfortable but self aware enough to know her limitations. DeSantis is just very weird. He has the education and military experience and political experience to be President - I don’t think he has the humility or empathy though. He doesn’t like people. He can look good at a press conference he controls and can plan - very good even - but when it comes to normal interactions? He cannot hide his disdain for humanity.
