These people are within their rights to be emotional and whatnot given the circumstances, but tbh, it sounds like their expectations were a bit too high (or they have an axe to grind). None of these encounters strike me as out of the ordinary or worthy of scorn. Of course if you hate Joe Biden it's perfect confirmation bias fodder.
You are smart enough to know that there was never going to be a clean or well timed withdrawal. That's part of why we left. It was a misguided, hopeless enterprise. Somebody had to have the balls to do the right thing. I'm surprised and pleased it was Biden.
