I'm wondering if Trump is flirting with this protective order so that he can later appeal to the supreme Court that his first amendment rights were infringed.

 

I think that's giving him, and whatever legal counsel he's currently retained, a lot of credit.
Seems a lot more like him being himself, unable to stop posting his every thought, (not unlike some of us on the BBS, I'll admit).

I guess that's the one thing I can't understand about his followers though. I understand loyalty and choosing your guy and seeing things through that lens, even if he's a bullying, loud-mouthed, self-obsessed p***y-grabber, but when so many of the dude's associates ("the best people") end up criticizing DJT and then getting blasted by DJT in return, do the followers ever pause to think, "well, this is unusual. Why has he had so many bad, disloyal people around him? What bad luck!" Do they ever wonder if it would happen to them, too, if they ever worked for the guy?

Attacking and intimidating the prosecutors while on bail is a very interesting strategy

 

I am certainly not in favor of people attacking or trying to intimidate prosecutors. I wouldn't say this is either. I'm sure Jack Smith was unbothered. I have had much worse said to me directly and just laughed it off, including a defendant threatening me while being dragged out of the courtroom in chains. Smith probably just sees it as proof he is getting to the moron.

 

trump obviously doesn’t respect our justice system any more than he respects democracy or any other American institution. The only question is whether he will be allowed to continue these attacks.

As I mentioned before, many Republican judges ruled against him (Stephanos Bibas, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Barrett, Steven Grimberg, Timothy Batten, Robert Colville, James Boasberg, Joan Larsen, David Stras, Bobby Shepherd, Edward Stanton), as well as states' governors and election officials (Doug Ducey, Katie Hobbs, Brian Kemp, Brad Raffensperger), and many others who privately acknowledged Biden's legitimate victory behind the scenes, as we have seen through testimonies.

One of these days, if Trump comes clean and acknowledges that he did lose the 2020 election, you can add him to this RINO list. As you have previously indicated, you wouldn't accept that either.

The question you haven't asked yourself and have an answer to is - why would all of these people BS and lie to you?
