The lineup is certainly interesting. Obviously you’d have to be pretty stupid to think JV was throwing to anybody but Maldy. Apparently he also really like Dubon in CF so there you go. And they must not see Yanier as a 1B for whatever reason. My real gripe is with Peña in the 2 hole. Cut that **** out or give him a week straight with Yordan hitting behind him and reassess.
Afternoon lineups always are rough, but we just did this. I guess we should rejoice that he didn't put Julks in the lineup too

I hope so but you never know with the crazy lineups Dusty has trotted out there. His lineups a lot of the time are beyond logic.
Day games are a good excuse to get bench guys in (see Dubon and Kessinger). I'm not against having Diaz chill on the day game after a night game.
I thought it was pretty well known that Dusty has free reign of the lineup in the regular season but that gets locked down in the playoffs. I don't remember having any concerns/complaints about the post-season lineups in the recent years.
Yes only confirming what we already know. The front office is aware Dusty plays some stupid ass lineups and they tolerate it. Once games really matter Chaz magically becomes a better CFer than Dubon.
this is all well and good when we have a 8 game lead in the division. We are neck and neck and only 2.5 games up for the wildcard. Majors prediction of us having the division lead within 1-2 weeks so far isn’t panning out
