"Released by Republican Senator Rob Portman (R-Ohio), and noted by CNN this morning, the letter is addressed to former Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko and signed onto by Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) and then-senator Mark Kirk (R-Ill.). Three Democratic senators also attached their names to the correspondence."

"Pressure" came from 6 members of the Senate Ukraine Caucus. No other wholesale Senate effort is indicated.

You forgot also the european council already cut funding to the prosector MONTHS BEFORE. Its just so amazing just how utterly effin stupid the right wing conspiracies are. We live in the dumbest of the dumbest time possible.

If @AroundTheWorld would've been alive in the 30s he would've been part of the Nazis and i have no doubt. Look at how dumb he falls to right wing propoganda now with the era of the internet.

Again YES he fired the prosecutor because the republicans wrote a letter demanding his firing because he was corrupt. Why would biden not brag about doing the work of what republicans were demanding when its bipartsian law enforcement? Admin never fired the prosecutor before the republicans demanded. The Europeans were already demanding the firing 6 months even before the republicans had.

Does anyone in america or society even think for themselves anymore. Like seriously . Why are we so effin stupid as a country

    1. It's no conspiracy that Joe Biden was VP at the time. His mere presence would be influential. Is he dumb enough not to realize that he was being used or was he a willing participant?

    2. There likely were other phone calls in which Archer was not a participant. Maybe that is what kept Joe silent on anything of import?

Funny how you forgot to mention the part that joe called his son every single day for years during this period because beau had just died and Biden was lonely nd depressed. Being a depressed dumb dad is not the same thing as being a corrupt politician. I have no doubt that hunter was using his dads name and reputation to solicit his drug and sex life. That does that not implicate joe biden for having a piece of **** son.

If joe biden had been on any of these phone calls regarding business or if joe had ever spoken business to anyone there would be some audio recording or some sort of proof of these correspondence. There's nothing

Theres ZERO actions that you can point to that the obama admin ever did on behalf of hunter or anyone of that matter. Nothing. The prosecutor that right wing idiots point to was only fired because the entire world was demanding the firing. The Europeans, Republicans, and even China had doubts of the prosecutor.

The prosecutor was not fired because of joe biden. He was fired because the entire world knew he was a corrupt POS.

    @astros123 so triggered.

    Changing his story, too...

"there is no evidence he was involved with the firing"

"he fired the prosecutor, but only because the Republicans asked for it"

    lol

@astros123's posting style lmao...you can literally see him posting while his hair is on fire :D

so full of rage and righteousness

You come into this country as a immigrant and you spread conspiracies and lies and sew doubt in this democracy. Id rather have a migrant coming across the border than you seriously.

You spread conspiracies that can be debunked in literally seconds. Youre a joke

    What is so difficult about,

"Googling Republicans ukraine prosecutor" and actually reading and doing some due diligence before you post? Why as a society have we become so prone to click baits and 5 word descriptions when we have the entire internet open to us for research.

I just dont understand why we're so stupid as a society when we have the entire internet in front of us. I just dont get it.

It was definitely unethical for Joe to participate in these calls but he will likely get a pass without more detailed receipts coming to light. Hunter was able to show that he had his dads ear. Most parents will stick their necks out to help their kids make money and Joe was no different. He apparently didn't cover his tracks very well but likely good enough to make it through unscathed. If Hunter wasn't such an idiot, Joe probably could have been more stealth.

That's not what you're arguing in the other thread. You're arguing that Trump's words show his only intent was to bring up issues of fraud. In other words that Trump's words are exonerating evidence.
It does if the argument is that becuase Hunter Biden and his lawyers believe they are fake they are exonerating evidence.

In both cases words shoudl matter.

There is a certain degree of irony that criticisms of Joe Biden's involvement (not yet defined) in Hunter Biden's business yet defended trump's daughter, son-in-law, and son's business, many involving trump's direct contact.

How Hunter Biden’s Scandals Compare to Those of Trump's Family Members
    https://time.com/6279053/hunter-biden-trump-children-scandals/

Maybe the solution is no person in an elected office should have direct or indirect business involvement (through their children)? That could also be extended to members of the USSC. Would that work?

Sure Biden grandstands I don't deny he had a role in the firing of the Burisma prosecutor. Except that as shown already mulitple times in this thread many including Republicans wanted the Burisma prosecutor fired. There is no quid pro quo shown regarding his firing, not even something like in Trump's call to Zelensky regarding aid to Ukraine.

So the money being withheld (which Biden bragged about) and the dismissal that quickly followed had NOTHING to do with it? LOL.

Biden literally bragged that he strong-armed a sovereign government into firing a prosecutor by blackmailing them.

And yet, @astros123 said that he wasn't fired because of Joe Biden.

    Cognitive dissonance at its finest.

Then again, Hunter was/is a degenerate gun toting crack addict who had to push His Brand hard in order to get paid. Even Archer testified he has no knowledge of that connection for that particular event.

Dots are there, but need something more to seal that deal... like wherever that other 5 million went and all the shell accounts that were allegedly set up. Should be easier to track over time right?
