My late cousin Ray had a sports car much like the one in the video, an Austin-Healey 3000. Not in British Racing Green, but in the color shown in the image below. Several of us had two seaters. Ray, a fantastic shade tree mechanic, helped keep them running. I had a red 1965 Triumph Spitfire (we rebuilt the engine of the damn thing twice), one friend had a Datsun 2000 (a great car), another an MGB, and yet another a yellow Spitfire. Mine ran better, when it was running, but I envied his paint job. When we could manage it, we would all spend days on weekends cruising the farm to market roads that went through the woods north of Houston, back when there was nothing there but woods and great driving. Once in a while, we all drove up to the Hill Country with girls for a weekend. Good times. My cousin passed away in a car accident at the end of the 70's. It was during heavy rain on a Friday night, in a car new to him. Still miss him.

Best band intro ever. "The most peculiar Tommy Mars on keyboards, welding goggles and maybe just a little too much hair on his chest, but he can't help it because he's Italian"
