I’ve said before Congress and the DOJ can investigate per their Constitutional prerogative. Yes this is a drip. There is no definitive proof this will flood the base or just be damp.
Joe Biden did say he didn’t talk to Hunter’s business associates so yes he lied in the absolute sense. Yes as you note there might be mitigating factors in it. It might also mean he lied about it a lot of other things but that is supposition.
