I think this is a fallacy in your logic. Because x is this, then y must be as well. I'm not saying Biden is a good guy, or he isn't corrupt in some form or fashion. But the whole reaction to Trump's extreme corruption by a lot of people is, "they are all corrupt!" The problem with the whole Biden took $5 million dollars is that it's so high compared to his income and net worth, it would be nearly impossible for him to hide that kind of income. Biden isn't the type of person to play the shell company game, he'd have done it by now. He's been open with his finances (unlike Trump), and his income fits pretty neatly all around. The idea of him somehow funneling $5 million through multiple foreign shell companies would be an incredible feat for a person who isn't connected already to any of that.
