You see, @B-Bob, on-line wokesters were once mean to Os. Therefore, he has been compelled to disregard mountains of evidence implicating Trump in a far reaching crime spree, ranging from serious breaches of national security to fomenting insurrection, that have resulted in significant and ongoing damage to the country. Additionally, Os bruised fee fees have led him to crank the false equivalence up to 11 until it has reached epically absurd levels, as evidenced in this post. It now seems he's been doing this so long that he might actually believe what he posts. Fascinating.
It doesn't matter whether or not he intended to turn enemy of the state. It matters that the records were at risk and endangering our security and our allies. I have no idea if he ever even thought of selling them or access to them. He didn't have to. He was showing some of them to people and is easily enough manipulated to have exposed them to any number of adversarial agents. He had them illegally, knew it, and refused to return them. That's all it takes to prove the case. He doesn't have to have an evil plan to bring down the nation. I don't think most people believe that about Trump. Even when he's trying to overturn a free and fair election, I don't think he's doing out of a conscious hatred of the nation. He simply doesn't care, is greedy and narcissistic. That doesn't change his actions/claims. I am happy if Hunter goes to prison. If his father committed crimes, I'll be happy for him to go as well. But at this point there are real legitimate evidence and indictments against Trump. There are real evidence and indictments against Hunter. There isn't really much verified evidence against Joe. Also the folks that are pushing that angle have a track record of dishonesty, personal vendetta, and having their claims fall short over and over again. So, I'll reserve judgment on Joe until we see verifiable evidence and proof.
I get all that. Trump should never have elected President. But in my view neither should have Biden. I think that's the responsible position to take

Trump has a habit of pathological BS, so whatever he said in private without paper backing it up is likely taken with a heavy grain of salt by intelligence agencies around the world. As a practical matter, he is an enemy of US secrets. The extent of the damages he has done is up to those who are knowledgeable about these matters. They aren’t very happy. He has clearly broken the laws. Maybe he’ll luck out with a friendly juror, as Florida tends to not favor the State. But if he is jailed, it’s doubtful he would ever have a chance to even BS around with whatever is in that noggin about US secrets.
