BREAKING NEWS: The Astros just announced they traded Madris and Hensley for Altuve and Alvarez. Wow, what a steal.

Let's get Bellinger and JV and go squash @ss. Wouldn't be overly cheap, but we can afford it.

With those two additions along with 'Tuve and 44.... we would be prison solid. We all know, it matters which team is hot at that time in November...but our team would be built for incredible. We'd likely lose Bellinger to FA to try to sign Tucker. If Tuck doesn't come to the table and I hope that he does, we could try to sign Bellinger (assuming we win it all in 23 and he enjoys being on the good guys, having gotten past any awkwardness of playing for the Astros, if it exists in the clubhouse).

Does not look like enough of an upgrade to be worth the prospects it would take.

And then the Astros would have even more OF who can't hit RHP to sift through.

Looks like the Dodgers are moving more in.
And sounds like the Guardians are sellers!

That is by choice, no trade would change that unless you can find a taker for Maldy.

Yes that is Dusty’s choice. Nobody arguing that ever.

We need to trade for 3-4 starters. Urquidi (the human pitching machine) might be one.

If they have interest in Lorenzo, might as well trade for Rodriguez? Or would it be cheaper to trade with 2 separate teams?

And side note, Stroman getting rocked again. Five of his last 6 have been awful. Hopefully they've moved on from him.

I think we need an OFer and a Utility infielder plus Pitching.

Silver-lining of failing to tie the division tonight…..can only increase management’s motivation to make some moves before the deadline

I just remember LMJ throwing him 87 or so curveballs and he just wailed at them, couldn't have hit anything with a boat paddle

Thinking outside the box what about Heston Kjerstad?
    Orioles looking for Pitching.
He bats Left handed and has power and speed. Only knock is he is ranked 33 out of 100 prospects so he could be alittle costly depending on what the Orioles really want.

Just thinking outside the box alittle
