This will be playoff atmosphere, this game should be deafening for the Rangers. I don't mind Taqueria Arandas batting 2nd, but I do with the 3rd hottest hitter in Diaz sitting tonight's game. Law of averages say A.Heaney will get spanked after 2 goose eggs outing against .

I’m not sure why anyone is even complaining about Maldy being in the lineup especially tonight with Framber pitching. It’s probably going to happen regardless but we already knew he will always catch Framber.

 

And as a bonus it's a LHSP and he had a good game yesterday. .start of one of his patented Luke warm streaks

 

Diaz might as well be Maldonado against LH pitching. He has an amazing .456 OPS vs. lefties. I don’t know why, but he has drastic splits thus far. I don’t mind sitting Diaz against the lefty, but he needs to catch more regularly against righties.

I'm not defending Baker but I have to think he doesn't want to screw with Tucker, Bregman and Chas as they sit now and I "assume" he's trying to get Pena going in the 2 hole. My issue is why isn't Diaz in LF? We're at MMP where LF is doable for him from what we've heard. (C, LF and 1B for Diaz)
