I honestly don’t care what you think is a good look on me or not son

Come up with one original thought at some point in your life. Just arguing against every other post isn’t a good look on you hand

Ok… so complaining about Dusty not “activating” players counts as an original thought?

    Got it

I don't know what you think is right, here, but it's just pretty wrong.

I just think dusty has a lot more power over moves than you seem to think

I think his relationship with the GMs isn’t the best when it comes to an organization being on the same page and working in the same direction. Click would likely agree

But it’s cool man. I want what’s best for the Astros like most of us here do

Do you really think Dusty just didn't want Altuve and Yordan in the lineup today, and said "NO" against the whole front office and training staff?

    Why? How? This is ludicrous.

I think it was pretty obvious Yordan was ready to play yesterday and Dusty said no

In fact Dusty basically said as much

Yordan has been healthy enough to play for over a week or he wouldn’t have been playing games in SL

Dusty isn’t a doctor, but he does have control over who plays

And no, I don’t think Dusty just listens to the training staff and GM and goes along with it, not during the regular season

Maybe I’m wrong and you are righ

Why would Dusty hold them out if the FO said they were ready?

The FO hasn't activated either of them, btw. So, talk to me, Goose.

    Who knows

Dusty is a different dude. He seems to think he knows better than those around him

Like I said, maybe I’m totally wrong and he always goes along with the FO and training staff. Just doesn’t seem that way, to me

Wouldn't the FO have activated them off of the IL if they thought they were ready to play, today?

For all we know, his "gut" told him to wait a bit longer.

You might as well be trying to figure out how getting the live chicken was going to help take fear from bats as to try and figure out the decisions Dusty makes.

That's how you think Dana Brown operates?

I don't think he would make that move without agreement from Dusty.

You don't want to have to make other moves to make room for Altuve and Yordan till Dusty is willing to play them.

If you know Dusty isn’t going to use them, if he has already told you that, why would you activate them and take other players off the roster?

    That’s incredibly silly

I hate Dusty as a manager as much as the next guy.

but to suggest he runs the entire FO is a tad much
