Which is exactly why we should trade him now with his value at the highest. Thank you! Chaz will come back to earth. Don't be fooled
Seen talk of Ruiz and Thomas might be a good Package. Maybe both Julks and Meyers and some.kind of Prospects
Yes, he is going to come down but not to previous levels. Starting this season, he hit right handers a lot better, but it wa6s that noticeable because he wasn't Yordan level against left handers like he normally is. This current hot streak has more to do with him hitting lefties like he did last year while still maintaining his improved numbers against righties. https://www.crawfishboxes.com/2023/...at-is-driving-chas-mccormicks-offensive-value
There were people on these forums freaking out about the idea about trading Gilbert for Sean Murphy. Murphy has .290BA with 57 RBIs. Folks here need to stop being so emotional. Imagine this team with Murphy at C. Sheshhh
Murphy hasn't fared too well in clutch situations though. -Behind in the count .221 (not horrible) -2 outs, RISP .138 -Late & Close .171 -Innings 7-9 .186 Guys decent but he's no Gilbert
Man, we are only 4.5 games out of the AL lead with Yordan and Altuve coming back soon. I love this team.
Dezenzo is going to surprise people where he is ranked as a prospect. The Astros are very high on him. I think right now the Astros have two top 50 prospects with those two and Baez will be top 100 to start next year. International pitching for the Astros always develops slow but there are a few that could easily be top 100 by this time next year.
McCormick gives me jd Martinez vibes. Not in the sense of matching his production but in the sense of a young outfielder who played decent and then got traded by the stros when he was starting to get a grip and then taking off with another team
