Some people go too far and should be called out, this person is way out of bounds and rude. Miserable is the right word. Unfortunately. It is sad to see someone who is not doing well and resorts to something like this.

But misery is one reason I don't love every aspect around the talk of preferred pronouns. If someone wants me to use a different pronoun, sure, I don't really care. It doesn't offend me. I will try. But the larger issue is, if that person's sense of self and their well-being is dependent upon the constant validation of others - even/especially complete strangers - then they will have a miserable existence. That sentence obviously applies to far more than just preferred pronouns. But I think it is true.

I don't know who filmed it but she probably told him earlier what Her/His/They Pronouns were and the employees looked at each other and treated her like a lady lol.

Maybe she said it once/twice/thrice off camera but she def could've walked out and take her biz elsewhere or escalate it to corporate.
