He was once a GREAT defender who came up with a big hit every now and then, and he had enough offense on the team around him to not need much from his bat He ain't that dude anymore, but he still wants to be and Dusty still plays him as if he is. It's impossible to quantify exactly how many, but there is little doubt we have lost games we would have/could have won this year because of the amount of his playing time over Diaz. Hopefully we get healthy soon and stay healthy, that should be enough to get us to the playoffs and those extra losses won't matter. Hopefully
