But potential doesn’t speak to his greatness. Franchise player is more accurate.

I think the "Alperen Sengun Is the Rockets' Best Player" thread has already been nuked (or buried).

    Everyone has potential.

When the Nuggets traded away Nurkic, they did it because they had realized they had found their franchise player.

I started this thread before the Nuggets got rewarded with the NBA championship, years after they had committed to Jokic.

The Rockets should make that same commitment. I am as excited as anyone about our talent around Sengun.

    But he is that guy.

It was nuked by this thread. If anyone wants to nuke this thread, they have to think of something on a higher level. :D

Yeah... no. Al-P needs to learn how to shoot first for that to even be a remote consideration.

Alp being not in Top-3 is unacceptable.

Alp came to Houston from Istanbul, the center of orthodox world. This pic seems more catholic than orthodox. Please edit a new one, just put his head instead of Bartholemous, the current orthodox patriarch.

With all due respect, I really can't be bothered man. This edit's an old one.
Even in my dreams I've been seeing Photoshop and Midjourney for some time now.

This must be the new Twitter account of Max of the Love Planet / hakeem94. Or his twin.

And anytime I hear of NBA stars' praising of another player as proof of that player's abilities, Westbrook comes to mind. No offense to Westbrook.

He shot 43% from 3 from January 2023 until the end of the season albeit on low volume because the idiot coaching the team told him to not shoot them. He will be just fine from behind the arc.

But they mainly praise Westbrook based on his MVP and triple double accomplishment, from his 8 years with KD and couple seasons post-KD, Westbrook was loved by his peers for playing his aggressive passionate no fear style

Even his Rockets stint before the bubble was somewhat productive

But since Wizards/Lakers it has been basically downhill since, father time is truly undefeated

I see where you coming from though, but its been going on for decades on how vet players praise the new crop of the NBA and some are a hit and others are not
