I only said they were all guilty of having things they were not supposed to have. You're layering over Trump's boorishness and having me assign it to everyone-- which I never claimed. That is Trump's M.O. as many times as he's been sued.

What exactly are you seeing that Putin got out of the Trump presidency? Please bolster up your conspiracy theory with those gains. Under Obama's nose, Putin annexed Crimea and on Biden's watch he invaded Ukraine (maybe not the quick gain he got in Crimea(. Why so quiet during Trump's term? Has Putin used any of those measures against Trump to gain any advantage for himself? No. Theories need teeth before we put too much stock in them or you ask anyone else to..

Defending Trump from ridiculous onslaughts is not the same as supporting him. In some quarters, it's called the American Way. Your typical and regular belittling of him is more akin to sociopathy-- commonly known as Trump Derangement Syndrome..

WHOOSH. Well, you sure missed the point there!

I never said it didn't exist; I only pointed out that it was not as universally oppressive as you wanted to make it sound. You cited 155 years and I recalled my father's actions of some 57 years ago to point that out. He didn't just hire her; he tapped her as his top VP and promoted her as his replacement when he retired. Like I said, WHOOSH.

If it's so terrible here, maybe you should just go to one of those other places?!

Still upholding Harris? Even the Democrats don't like her going forward. Why are they hiding their Woman Card?!

Call it what you want. I just call him as he is. If he would stop his lying about all his crimes and stop making BS accusations to deflect the truth, then I would stop pointing out his disgusting and filthy utterances. He can't stop himself. He knows he's a traitor. He knows he planned a coup. He knows he tried to steal the vote, and he knows he placed fake electors in key spots. He's an untrustable liar. He is a threat to Democracy. His only patriotic bone is to himself, whether fools believe it or not. A traitor holding an American flag, and wearing red, white and blue is still a traitor.

    Seriously?

Times have changed since civil rights, but we still have a long ways to go. I am proud to be an American, and want our country to continue accepting diversity, and fighting for equality. I believe in Democracy, honor, and truth. I served my country 20 years, and don't want some party defending a traitor as a party going forward.

As much as we have made progress, it probably isn't enough for the majority of Americans to vote for any black woman over a white man. Sad, but true. That is what concerns me most about Kamala running. There are far too many Americans who would vote for the least qualified white man over a black woman. Look at the Republican party supporting a coup instigating criminal as their President. It's disgusting, sad, and anything but what our country should stand for. If you will plead the 5th, lie, and spread propaganda to deflect from the truth, or steal an election, then I can't imagine what else you would do to take power and stay in power. It's scary.

    Thank you for your service!

Accepting diversity for diversity's sake is thoughtless. What do you mean by diversity and does it ever end?

In the 2016 Democratic primary, the Democrats told us LOUDLY that she was not qualified to be president. She was put on the ticket as a vote-garnering gimmick so now she is magically supposed to be a viable presidential candidate? Her performance as VP is roundly ridiculed. Look at her approval-ratings.

The Republican Party does not support Trump. Certain Republicans and Independents do. There is nothing scary about Trump. Our genius system of checks and balances will keep the ship afloat.

Wait, our genius system of checks and balances that a man like Trump tried to destroy? Give me a break with your ridiculousness. Just face it. You, like the majority of the Republican Party support a traitor.

The bulk of the GOP’s electorate (56%) would back Trump if the primary or caucus were held in their state today, compared with 17% who would support DeSantis.

Even if Trump is charged and convicted of felonies, his brainwashed followers will support his crooked ass. That's a fact. They would vote for a seditionist criminal to take over this country. Some Patriots.

Quit being ridiculous yourself. Trump didn't try to destroy anything. You don't overthrow a government with baseball bats. It was a riot but not of Trump's organizing. Trump thought he was cheated and by the looks of everything, but the final vote count, that's not a wacky conclusion. Trump ran an energized campaign. Biden a sleepy one. In the long run garnering new voters through illegal immigration is more traitorous than anything Trump did or you can falsely accuse him of doing.

They back Trump because he was an effective, though imperfect, President and they don't buy your propaganda about him. Biden has cozied up to Ukraine and China (while in office) like you guys tried to accuse Trump of doing with Russia (as a private citizen).

In the backs of the mind of those polls is "who could beat Joe Biden?" DeSantis is not the surer thing that Trump is. People vote for the outcome they prefer.

There is an extensive list of things Putin got from Trump.

We can start with Trump's campaign team giving data to Russian agents. We can talk about Trump advocating for Russia to keep the land he invaded in Ukraine. We can talk about Trump's tram changing the platform at the convention to remove measures against Russia. We can talk about Trump trying to allow Russia back into the G8, and Trump weakening NATO. We can talk about Trump divulging secrets to the Russian minister causing a huge personnel scramble and putting allied Intel assets at risk.

These are just some of the things that we know about for sure.

I'm done debating with you. Your perception of Trump's actions, morals, truth, and integrity is blatantly different than mine, so no sense carrying on. You are entitled to whatever opinion you want to believe, as am I.

DATA TO RUSSIANS: was his own polling data

UKRAINE: "Meanwhile, the luminary of the American intellectual left, Noam Chomsky, has invoked former U.S. President Donald Trump as a model of level-headed geopolitical statesmanship for his opposition to arming Ukraine." Extremists left and right back off of supporting Ukraine.

G8? ... someone famously said to keep your friends close and your enemies closer .... Trump said it was better to have Russia inside the room than outside. Scandal or timeless wisdom?

NATO? Trump wanted the other member nations to pull their own weight instead of relying on the US so heavily. Same with the UN.

INTEL? From Reuters: "While the president has the authority to disclose even the most highly classified information at will, in this case he did so without consulting the ally that provided it, which threatens to jeopardize a long-standing intelligence-sharing agreement, the U.S. officials said." Sounds more like inexperience than treason.

and on and on. As with Deb, we come to different conclusions about exactly what transpired and what it means

WTF? The data from Manafort was that of individuals he collected and not his own. Are you serious?

Ukraine - advocating an aggressive adversarial nation to keep the land they invaded without consequence is appeasement on a level beyond Chamberlain.

Intel - If it was inexperience, he didn't learn from it. Since he was recorded offering people without proper clearance to view classified documents. Also, if he really cared about the nation he could have bothered to learn the basics. He flat out didn't.

He isn't gonna change his opinion. He can't be stupid enough to think Trump didn't know the protocol for classified info.

He, like that group of male chauvinist pigs who circle jerk and tag each other poking fun of women, blacks, transgenders, and anyone else identifying as LGBTQ show what they are about. Actions speak louder than words.

You don't see them condemning coup insurrectionists, proud boys, white supremacists, radical right hate groups, white cops beating and killing blacks, or Trump, and his big circle of white collar criminals. A white male criminal will always be better than a stupid woman, a black thug, or anyone in the LGBTQ community in their eyes.

I have a gay friend, I hired a woman, or I have a black friend is such a sad retort.

    This is a half-truth.

This is a lie. He knew he was lying from the get-go and he's playing people like you who say "Well, maybe..." for fools.

You're using Trump's language; "sleepy" doesn't mean anything especially in the context of a winning campaign.

    This is a lie.

Trump knew he lost and admitted it.

The riots on the 6th were only a small part of the plan. Trump had put forward plans to have the military seize voting machines. They tried to introduce fake electors. The J6 riot was never supposed to take over. The purpose was to delay. It succeeded to a certain extent. The vote wasn't even certified until Jan. 7th. Are you aware of the sworn testimony and evidence? If you are, perhaps a quick review would be good.

Biden didn't get illigal immigrants to vote. They didn't vote. It was the most scrutinized and reviewed election we've had. There is almost no chance that Trump was cheated and he knew he wasn't cheated.

Trump ran a stupid campaign telling his voters to distrust mail-in ballots. Biden wisely encouraged his voters to use it. The mail in balloting was secure and legitimate.
