Look, sincerely. Straight up you think Biden is not directly involved in many of the issues we are facing today? Massive inflation and prioritizing bs wars and scandals like going after Trump? I'm in real estate, inflation is a problem. You think its easy moving houses as an investor? I'm also an agent, you think its easy for buyers to purchase their first home or any home for that matter?

This is what woke123 does not get, propaganda can't get you a loan and it can't help you sell your house. This is only one part of the U.S economy, everything is suffering. Can Trump come in and change everything, no.... Trump can not magically fix every issue, however Trump prioritizes different things than Biden and it just so happens to be things that do have a positive impact on the economy and life in general. Biden is sending billions to Ukraine, why? I can't believe that asking the president of this country to focus on this country is frowned upon. We need border control, we need law enforcement in crime riddled cities, we need lower interest rates, we need control of the massive inflation. When was the last time we saw this $hit happen? Oh it was under Obama and Biden, here we are again.

 

Biden isn't going to save the economy and neither is Trump especially Trump given the fact that the dude in 2020 literally was begging the fed to have NEGATIVE interest rates. How the duck do you think that's going to do with inflation? Trump is a irresponsible man child who's willing to use all tools available to artificially pump up the economy right before an election to brag about it. If anything causes inflation it's that type of over investing and forming bubbles through stock buybacks and ridiculously low interest rates for investors.

Housing as an investment opportunity has destroyed the lives of millions of humans by pricing them out of basic human needs. The world would be so much better if the term "real estate investor" didn't exist. It's the most useless class of people in existence who only make society worse.

There is a reason real estate as a profession is the go to profession of nepotism. It's the go to profession of people born wealthy who have zero intellectual curiosity who just want to make money. It's the lowest barrier to entry in terms of talent. High bar for entry in terms of the investment capital you need prior which means it's the perfect profession for frat bro nepotism.

 

Wait, so everybody has a right to make money off of a product except me? I'm destroying lives by selling a house I purchased for less money because it was worth less money because it was in worst condition than every house in the same street. I invest 40-50k in said house and bring it back to normal if not better than any house on the same street and this was a disservice to who exactly? The homeowners on the same street who purchased their homes for less and now have their property value raised? Houses need maintenance, without proper care they turn unlivable. They have to come down and get demolished at that point. Was this good for landfills? Lets recycle everything except homes to live in right. What about me? my money is worth less? The risk I took in purchasing a home I can then sell to make less money than what I risked putting into it is unfair to everyone else.

What do you want? Free housing? Housing isn't free if you can't maintain the house in livable conditions.

It's amazing how privileged one is to believe maintainaince of property as some hard work. Buddy people work 50 hours weeks and still have to maintain their area of living. That's called being an adult. Maintaince of property is something adults do on the side after taking care of their kids and spending 10 hours at work. It's not a full time gig. It's a chore people have on their to do list for the day.

No, salaried employees who Arent real estate investors never hire electricians and plumbers for their residence. It's a well known thing.

 

Dude you aren't going to win an argument that involves saying that real estate career involves talent. There is a reason why it's the go to profession of children born into wealth. It's the defacto easy path of least resistance for privileged wealthy children.

Just be happy you generate wealth off of owning buildings. Don't push it. Be content.

Landlords would be so much more tolerable if they just were content with society if they humbled themselves a bit and didn't cry about how hard owning property is.

 

Look bro, Biden can't even give you proper border control or law enforcement. He sure damn isn't going to make sure your house has a new roof after a storm, he isn't going to make sure your A/C is operating properly so you don't have a heat stroke in Texas during the summer. He won't make sure your plumbing is working properly so you have to smell your own $hit fumes which just so happens to be toxic. The government can't do anything for you, thankfully we live in a great country where someone can earn a living replacing that leaky old worn roof. Some one can earn a living unclogging the $hit filled pipes and making sure your A/C compressor does not have a leak so you can post your insane commy mentality on Clutchfans without breaking a sweat. Then those hard working people can save their money and buy things they want or need, like housing and cars. Maybe they can invest their money in real estate or start their own business. Reach what ever heights they want instead of depending on daddy Biden to take care of them.

I don't care about Biden. The only reason there even is a preference of Biden is he doesn't pander to fascists like the other side. That is literally the only reason I even have a preference. Outside of that I'm not pretending Biden will solve anything. I'm not in the business of finding a sole savior of society.
