    I swear the amount of complaint about his contract, one would think it is coming out of the pocket of the individual posters here. We get it, yall don't like the contract but does it really need to be said in like 5 different threads? Is this what yalls tombstones going to read? Lovely human, hated the brooks contract.

    I like Brooks, I think they should have given him more money.... He is part of The Rockets culture change, he is going to be the glue guy. He is going to be that consummate professional that comes to play every game. This offseason is exposing all the dumbs thou....

    Brooks asked why Houston was the right fit for him. I was thinking to myself if he was to give a honest answer he would have said that Houston offered me the most money, duh.

    Brooks becomes far more valuable in a role where he is playing defense and being more selective about his shots. Watching him a bit and it’s obvious to me that his poor shooting percentages are more about bad shot selection than him being a particularly awful shooter. Like the rest of our roster, Ime is going to have to bring that discipline to Brooks as well.
