Is this supposed to prove anything? Miles Turner having a negative defensive Raptor shows how useless that stat is if you actually follow other teams and aren't hyper focused on one player in the NBA like you.

Ask a Pacer fan if TJ McConnell or Myles Turner is more important to their team defense.

In a recent podcast, Alperen Sengun revealed he has bulked up, now weighing in at a solid 264 pounds. Perhaps even more impressively, he’s also grown half an inch over the past year, taking him from 6'11" to 6'11.5".

This additional height and increased physicality can further amplify his presence on the court, making him an even more daunting opponent for rival teams.

Okay? Recovery after a block is a very miniscule aspect of team defensive impact.

Turner is a great switch defender also while being an elite shot blocker. He isn't a great low post defender but in the modern nba that is a rather useless aspect of defense. Elite big man defenders today are great switch defenders who can protect the rim and that's what Myles Turner excels at. So again it shows how useless defensive Raptor is.

There isn't a single Pacers fan that thinks tj McConnell is a more important defender to the Pacers than Turner. Not a single one.

Turner is a great shot blocker, solid rim protector.
BBall index says he’s great when he blocks shot but doesn’t affect the game around the rim if he doesn’t get the block
