    The new rules for base runners and pickoffs have hurt him bad. All of last year ... 46 bases stolen off of him. He's already at FORTY this year at a career low CS percentage. 58 out of 60 in pitch framing this year... wow. He is on pace to blow by his career high in errors, but albeit small sample size.

    Positives:
    Passed balls + wild pitch numbers are actually at a lower rate. His range factor and other defensive metrics are pretty stable.

    He led MLB in passed balls last year with 9 in 948.2 innings. This year he leads MLB with 6 in 555.1 innings. This year is a higher rate.
    Last year there were 31 wild pitches in 948.2 innings. This year 18 in 555.1 innings. This year is a slightly higher rate.

    As long as Dusty does something that Howe, Collins, Dierker, Williams, Garner, Cooper, Mills, Porter, and Hinch would never do... this is a demonic horse that needs to be beat to death.
