    Wanted to save face with Brooks because they lost out on Lopez......even when Brooks is not the same player, just an enforcer.

    More 1-2 year deals are coming.

    So we traded 3 former first round picks, and 5 second round picks just to dump salary.

    Jesus f**king christ that is bad, Stone just seems so out of his depth at this. This is the type of s**t you expect a former player GM to do, not a guy with a law degree and background in business.

    The asset management is bad but I'm also not losing sleep over lost 2nd round picks. It doesn't change the fact that Stone was never qualified for this job to begin with and hasn't done anything to change that.

    It'll be interesting to see the final numbers but it wouldn't surprise me if Tilman had a hand in these dealings to save some money. He probably is spending right to the salary floor and not a penny over.
