Wood is a career loser. He's basically always on the worse team in the league. Even last year with Luka and Kyrie he couldn't even get to the playoffs. We don't want empty stats. Wood 100% would score more and put up better stats, but Landale is gonna make the hustle plays and the small things to help us win. This is a great signing at only 8 million,
CF loves empty stats players. They somehow think they can rehabilitate them lol. They love the Mo Bamba's, Bol Bol's, and Wood's of the world.
The Aussie players with this attitude have been sticking around in NBA rotations recently. I think this could end up being a good signing.
He's got a lot to prove since only the first year of his contract is guaranteed. He's gonna have to hustle every game to show he deserves Year 2 of the deal. I like that.
