Dusty is a sentimental manager... knows starting pitchers like to have a W next to their name... problem is he will cost the team the W.
Not taking Javier out the first time was a 3 run swing. It's unfortunate when everyone could see he had nothing left. All for what, to get one more inning and delay a bullpen arm being used.
I don't think this loss would be the end of the world or anything but I hope the front office will take more sense of urgency with this roster and it's manager. They will have to really make some changes to the roster to offset Dusty. Dusty is it until the end of the year. The team is doing things bad teams do far too often this year.
