On a serious note, it looks like the book is out on what he likes to chase, and now opposing pitchers know how to attack him. He needs to make adjustments.

Dubin’s stuff not bad. If he can get slightly more command, I actually think he’s more pitchable than Robel or Bielak.

 

Should platoon Maldy and Diaz...problem solved (improved) a bit.

Diaz is still obviously the better option at catcher but need a better option at DH.

This. Altuve has -1 OAA at 2B so far this year in 85 chances. Dubon has 3 OAA in 143 chances. I included the number of chances to show the difference is not as large as you may think. Love Altuve but his infield defense has regressed in recent years.

 

Chas is in a total tailspin against lefties. Julks is now better on the season vs LHP.
