Broken promise is bullshit. People who got
$100+k in forgiven in PPP loans are saying people shouldn’t get $10k of their student loans which was fully within the scope of the CARES act. Instead these pieces of trash said it would harm them and the conservative heritage foundation bought and paid scotus ruled hey we can’t let these people get hurt, no forgiven loans for the masses.

Government should get out of the loan business. Either give grants or let the banks take on the risks.

Biden Announces New Actions to Provide Debt Relief and Support for Student Loan Borrowers

In light of the Supreme Court’s ruling this morning, President Biden and his Administration have already taken two steps this afternoon aimed at providing debt relief for as many borrowers as possible, as fast as possible, and supporting student loan borrowers:

A happy medium would be be make the student loans interest-free, a la the 0% APR car deals

loans are grants that get paid back, banks don't take on populus-wide risks like low income or non-white collegiate education, electric power outside of global alpha cities, home ownership for basically anyone but particularly developers who might even think of building in areas where a non-zero number of black Americans might eventually reside, or loans of any kind to women; until they were forced to by the federal government, which is basically what federal loan servicing already is.

I'm not sure if you're aware of the new IDR plan nor do I think @Os Trigonum has any idea what the new regulations are even though he's a "professor."

-The new idr plan eliminates all interest as long as you keep making payments. It's impossible to build up negative interest rates.

    - payments are cut to 5% of your income versus 10% before. This leads to every student getting their loans slashed in half

    - if you make under 225% of poverty level (32k/64k) you pay zero in student loans and your interest will never occur

    https://abcnews.go.com/US/bidens-student-loan-plan-reduce-people-pay-long/story?id=96327219

Biden literally transformed higher education by the new idr plan yet nobody even knows about it. It'd 4d chess. All the Republicans are focused on student forgiveness while the new idr plan is even more transformative.

Joey B is playing while these clowns and trolls play r****ded checkers

Bill received millions in free financing and his companies had their finances refinanced by the fed. Bill should STFU

Sick and tired of these elite scumbags talking out of their ass. Billionaires like Aikman who have their hands out while talking down to others should be hung. Scumbags

[IMG] recommended reading for anyone who has a deep repugnance for.the scumbag Ackman

    it chronicles the battle of the two Wall Street billionaires;

Ackman placed a $1 billion bet against Herbalife stock, saying that the price would go down to zero
Icahn was on the other side buying Ackman's short.

The back-and-forth insults came to a head on live television.
    in the end,

    https://theintercept.com/2022/11/09/student-debt-relief-lawsuit-ppp-myra-brown/

PLAINTIFF IN LAWSUIT OPPOSING BIDEN STUDENT DEBT FORGIVENESS HAD PPP LOAN FORGIVEN
The lawsuit, aimed at ending Biden’s debt forgiveness program, is being bankrolled by a well-connected right-wing group.

Student debt relief advocates say the lawsuits are astroturf efforts by right-wing political organizations. “These sham lawsuits are blatantly manufactured by billionaire-funded right-wing organizations whose only purpose is to play dirty politics,” Braxton Brewington, spokesperson for the Debt Collective, told The Intercept. “These plaintiffs aren’t actually harmed by student debt cancellation, they’re simply willing to be political pawns for dark-money groups who will do anything to prevent working people from having financial breathing room.”

‘I have no hope’: Student borrowers devastated by high court ruling
People who hoped the Supreme Court ruling would uphold President Biden’s debt-relief plan were crushed and confused by the news

I just want to be on the record I didn’t take any PPP loans! Plenty of scumbags did though and it was a very ill conceived program.
