I was a huge Rockets fan until we went to small ball. Once all our stars left I struggled to find the team watchable that next year. I quit watching playoffs when we got knocked out. I'm not a huge NBA fan, just Rockets fan. I mainly only know the stars we always competed against in the Western Conference. I never watch other teams unless we are playing them. I'm actually excited to start watching them again now, with a new coach and our new draft picks. If this guy is a 40 million dollar man than I hope he brings it. We need some Veterans in the mix who are better than what we had after Paul, Westbrook, and Harden left.

I'm hoping that either Brook was waiting to see if we would add any other pieces like FVV to make his decision or maybe we're trying to work out a sign and trade for FVV (for a couple of 2nd's) and that's the holdup with Brook. Only thing I can think of for there being no decision with Lopez yet unless he's having regrets/2nd thoughts about leaving the bucks. Hope not. I REALLY want BL!
Wouldn’t this allow the bucks to re-sign Lopez though? I’m not well versed in trade exceptions, but that’s roughly Lopez’s value if they would have that much to spend

Won't affect that any. FVV comes from TOR, Lopez from the Bucks. With Brook it's all gonna come down to where he wants to be. (Hopefully with us + bag) I'm just trying to figure out what the holdup is with his decision and if it's a good sign or bad sign for us.

3 year deal worries me a bit for a 35 year old, but it's hard to argue that one of the best defensive bigs that can also hit a couple of 3s a game isn't worth 20+ million for 2-3 years in a league where Max Strus gets 16 million per.
