    The thing I love about Brown is his versatility. Most of the guys the Rockets are linked to would play pretty specific roles and would demand a role in the starting lineup. Brown could play multiple positions, could start or come off the bench, etc. He's a guy who could just be a short-term addition or a long-term key cog for this franchise. The question just has to be the money and for how many years. Houston's probably still just looking at 2-year offers at this point. Would they be willing to add a third and possibly fourth year? And will they be willing to overpay a bit for a role player? Still feels unlikely, but I like him more on paper than Brooks.

    Wow. I like Brown, but I don't like him that much. If it was 2 years, $40 million, I'd do that. But at 3-4 years at that amount? I'm out. And that's why the Rockets will probably end up with Brooks...

    Bruce Brown is a great player but he's the type of player that a contending team signs to put them over the top not a team that is going to end up sucking like Indiana or Houston

    For what it's worth, I saw on Twitter than Indiana was also in on Grant Williams. Maybe that makes him a possibility for the Rockets? As long as they come away with a solid defender or two, I'll be happy.

    Pacers are really building something nice over there. Oddsmakers are underrating them. Tyrese takes one more decent step forward, and watch out, they're going to be in the mix in the Least.
