amazing how the DoJ simultaneously illegally leaks to the press while seeking gag orders on their targets
I agree with commodore. They also are omitting the facts that the FBI planted these documents before Trump declassified and shared them with the friendly reporter.
At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a video of him trading boxes marked “top secret” to foreign agents for bags with dollar signs on them.
This is what the voir dire process is for and I’m going to presume the DOJ has some good lawyers at that.
Their arguments have always been political. There has been little actual arguments about the facts or the law.
Only in trumps bizzarro world can orange man claim to have an audio recording of him and then he says its "spun" and actually exonerates him......this is truly next level gansta **** Hats off to the man and his cronies for buying this load of crap..........the cult is bamboozled.
[/QUOTE] Why does he keep referring to the Clinton sock case, that's not even close to what he thinks it is, those tapes were personal memoires that were deemed to be Bill`s property and not state secrets......
He's in freak out mode at this point. He knows they have a lot more evidence than his dumbass believers know about. He's in desperation mode now, because witnesses are turning, and he's terrified about what else has come out.
I can't wait for the coup, insurrection, and election interference charges to come out. Trump's worries are just getting started, and he knows it. The man who lived his life scoffing at the law and paying his way out of trouble went too far this time.
I just heard the recording and agree this is most likely a leak by the DOJ. If we’re talking about tainting the jury pool Trump and his defenders are publicly attacking the prosecutors, witnesses, laws and using political Rallies to whip up opposition. Trump himself is openly talking about the case.
I think the case will need to be moved to North Korea to get an impartial jury... I'd be shocked if he is convicted. It will be impossible to find a jury that won't have one hold out, or one person willing to take a couple million dollars to acquit.
