This is the case with any affirmative defense. If you claim self-defense, you have to provide some degree of proof that you were defending yourself in order to shift the burden to your accuser. What would the alternative be, believe anyone who claims the exception? What would be the point of the law if that were the case, everyone who wanted an abortion could just say it was rape, incest, or human trafficking.

If I'm stuck with something that I didn't want or intend, let say someone parks their car in my driveway. Whether they forced me to allow them to park their car or not I should have the autonomy to have it towed without having to prove that they used illegal force on me to allow it to be parked.

I have already made extensive arguments as to why I would not allow abortion. This was particularly about the requirement of proving the pregnancy was a result of rape, incest, or human trafficking in order for that exception to apply.
