He is only 18 years old and he looks immature so he needs time and we need KPJ off of our team. I know he likes Martin but we might trade him, no KPJ or Dillion Brooks on this team. Cam could start on our team and many other teams because he can shoot, 37% at the 3 point line and 40% on catch and shoot possession. Also, he is athletic and a elite 1st step toward the basket and he is 6’7 and 236lbs. Remember, Bancheros was 6’10 and 250lbs and won ROY because of his size, strength and a playmaker. Cam is not a playmaker but can shoot, elite 1st step, size and has strength. Cam needs 20 minutes a game and play defense but on the other end he is truly talented.
Weird thing about this when I heard it was that everything pointed to Whitmore being exactly the opposite - a hardworking dude with a good work ethic. Who knows.
I still find it ridiculous that we have player-only fans on a team that's won like 50 games total in the last 3 years. Give me a break with that ****. Newsflash to OP and every other clown like him.....your boy might eventually be a really good player (trust me, I really hope he is), but right now there isn't a single dude on this team that knows how to consistently win basketball games at the NBA level. The fact that you're out here calling Sengun All-Star level while trashing everyone else on the team is asinine. And back to the thread topic, Whitmore obviously has a ton of flaws. But with his athleticism and shooting ability, the ceiling is tremendously high for a #20 pick. If anything, Whitmore succeeding is exactly what someone like Sengun needs to maximize his potential too. At their best, they could compliment each other's skillsets perfectly. The fact that this even has to be said on a ROCKETS FAN FORUM is ****ing idiotic.
I now know why Sengun doesn't have great leaping ability. It is hard to leap when the OP is hanging off his nuts. All the other Rockets are g league players? GTFOH.
Reading takes on this is fascinating. It's always extreme one side or the other, either these picks are a bust or the greatest heist in history. What's interesting is all these strong opinions have been formed even before these guys have even set foot on an NBA court. Further they are incredibly young so even if one or both struggles it's hard to predict the outcome. Maybe we'll know more after we see 25 games or so and have some real data to base some of these opinions on.

Actually, I remember distinctly at least one player saying they were mainly worried and game planning for Sengun. I wish I could remember who and what team it was.
Man this didnt have SH** to do with Alperan. Keep him in your nighttime dreams not in unrelated topics
Detroit had the worst record and Spurs had exactly the same record, just had luck with draft and lost the coin toss. They were all pretty horrible. Not far apart.
From the video - "...the Rockets, who are the most conservative team in the NBA when it comes to medical examinations." What does this even mean, and according to whom, exactly? Just randomly throws out a statement which doesn't even make sense in the context.
The point is they were horrible on purpose. Also, Jalen Green is the only player teams plan on stopping. Nobody's game planning around containing Sengun
