I just care about consolidation trade. But glad we took a swing on Whitmore at #20…since we ended up keeping the pick.
Hey if there's something wrong with a guy who Suggs his Franz Black Dick, then I don't want to be right Great now I'm going to slip in the draft too
Stone is pulling some voodoo or something because whether its Eason or Sengun or now Cam it feels like we always get someone that falls right into our lap.
Imagine what he could have done with those repeated #14 picks back in the day. I think he would have taken Kawhi Leonard instead of Marcus Morris if his current track record is any indication. Screw Morey for blowing that pick and handing him to the Spurs.
I think with the type of player Jalen is and the type of player Amen is currently. These guys could really grow well together. Whitmore is just the icing on the cake. Man I'm really excited because I think Sengun/Tari/Green/Smith will all level up this year
What's exciting about that group is the versatility and athleticism. The shooting is a concern though. Outside of Smith none of them came in touted as marksmen. Sengun is the best of the bunch. I love the way he attacks the rim like he's putting everyone on a poster. He made some nasty dunks last year! Add Whitmore and Thompson to Green and Martin and the rim will be bent by halftime.
Udokas going to have to figure something out with the All-Tunnel Vision Squad: - Porter - Christopher - Whitmore You definitely can't put those 3 on the court at the same time.
Those 2 are really talented but really 5 years away. I am not sure which short term veterans they would sign but interested to see how Udoka can expedite the process.
Well, the jury is out on Jarace Walker, dude looks like a personified Kawhi Leonard light in development. Indy has Halliburton to set the table and Myles Turner to have his back. Carlisle might be stubborn but he is a championship coach.
Haven’t heard the vaping in the locker room. I’ll just say that when KPJ shoots dice and loses - he better pay Cam - because Cam don’t play. He is known as a guy that isn’t intense in practice but is intense in games. It isn’t ideal and could lead to issues with Udoka. However he isn’t the first guy to go half speed in practice. I don’t think Cam is a bad guy, just different.
I probably took a lengthy nap, I am not worried about his health concerns but would like to see some reports on it.
Don't know... I would really like to see what KPJ can do under Ime in the right role. Amen, Cam, Green, Sengun, Bari, and KPJ, not to mention Tate, KMJ, Tari, and TyTy though... we have a lot of really young bodies on the team right now. If some of them don't get moved for vets, Ime is going to have to make some really difficult choices regarding lineups and playing time.
Whitmore is a 6'7 tweener. I never thought of him as a lottery pick unless you're talking about 14 or so
