That's a fact, and I'll reiterate the same point in a different manner - if there was a crime associated with the usage of the gun, I am confident that the prosecutor would have pursued charges. However, since there was no such crime, the charge itself was questionable, considering the discretion of the prosecutor. The agreement seems like a good balance.

That isn't surprising, her young son took a gun to school and shot a teacher.

They wanted to nail her to the wall on any charges possible.

Did he dump it in the trash? Or did his girlfriend? Either way, it didn't hurt anyone. Now, if the gun ended up being used in a crime, then again, I'm sure the prosecutor would go after him. I think you clearly see the differences between lying on a gun application that lead to no one being hurt vs one that lead to a teacher being shot.

Well I figured that most older generation folks would realized by now that the law isn't exactly fair to most folks. Rich, well connected white folks like hunter play by a different set of rules in the justice system.

It is what it is, at least hopefully with this the Republicans can stop btching about political witch hunt and whataboutism for the orange cheetos, but I doubt it

allowing a non-license holder to possess his firearm is a third violation . . . in essence he illegally transferred the firearm to the girlfriend when he created the circumstances that allowed her to take the gun from him

The media has many problems. A single thing you can point to that embodies everything wrong with our media system is how they praise individuals like Jack Welsh as titans and people who left a positive impact on the world when it's the complete opposite.

actually allowing his firearm to be taken by a non-license holder (the girlfriend) is EXACTLY the same crime Deja Taylor committed when she allowed her firearm to be taken by a non-license holder (the 6-year old son).

And one side of the media is settling lawsuits more regularly than the other.

The election lies were just embarrassing

Why do you think the Trump admin passed on the information? All conservatives have done is dug up information that was already looked at under Barr’s justice department and repackaged it.

It seems like you conservatives are just rehashing old information that was already looked at and then crying about it.
