Okay? I was challenging the claim of gerrymandering in her race. Sure. I don't care what school Nikki Haley's parents sent her to, that she uses her middle name, or that she resisted calls to get rid of the Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia while she was governor. I take issue with his giving credit to the civil rights movement for Haley's success, as though a) it was not her own efforts that got her to where she is, and b) that she somehow owes people that she never met that did things to benefit themselves because of some knock-on effects that may have benefitted her (while also talking about how she avoided the results of those same actions). Mostly, I think his obvious racism is well represented in the article though.

Perhaps if her district wasn’t the way it was she wouldn’t have even been nominated. Anyway her district is far from being as gerrymandered as many of the tortured shapes of some districts out there.
