I mean it’s not like he played the wrong position last year instead of letting him continue his rookie growth lol
Would you make this argument for everyone on the roster? I guess I'll give everyone 1/2 season under Udoka.
As a third party observer I feel inclined to mention that lecturing about bias and proof and starting your sentence with "people like you" may cause some problems for your argument. People like you disgust me. (I don't know you, much less what people you are.)
This is possible, and if it needs to be done; I get it. On the human side of things, it's a risk to Stone's relationship with Green trading away his high school bestie. On one hand, things like this should never get in the way of actual GMing business, but it's kind of Stone's own doing by drafting Josh in the first place (if one of the reasons was to make Green happy/comfortable his first two years).
We have pre-draft measurements you lazy phuks JC - 6'3.25 CW - 6'5.75 2.5-inch difference in height, and 20-pound difference in weight JC has a 0.75 inch longer wingspan than CW, CW has a 2.5 inch longer standing reach, JC has the bigger hands Now you know
I think there's a little too much overlap of skills and a little too few players that stand out as a positive. They do one or two things well but have big holes in their game (and the team was tanking, which makes this all very hard to assess). Someone like Augustin who makes a good veteran coach but doesn't threaten playing time are the targets I'd pursue. Give these guys a chance to prove it to a stronger coach on a team actually trying to win. Trade deadline/next offseason is really time to start cracking these eggs.
His ceiling is Jordan Clarkson. I think there’s a place for him but then again guys like that are the easiest to find.
