That's an easy call. One is called a gaffe, at which Biden excels. Gaffes are unintentional remarks causing embarrassment. On a serious note amtrak announced 30+ new routes that will go from west coast to east coast ocean to ocean. Pretty epic stuff and they'll be adding a bunch of new high speed rails. All of it was made possible cuz of the infrastructure bill. Check it out Good to see rail getting huge improvements. Yep, these types of infrastructure investments will have a profound and long lasting impact on the American economy and the way America operates. Remember that this was a bipartisan bill. (We should also note that despite President Trump frequently discussing it and having control of both the House and Senate for two out of the four years, he couldn't get it done.) In the Senate, 19 Republicans voted in favor of it (although none from TX). In the House, only 13 Republicans voted for it, but we have already witnessed many of them claiming the benefits it provides. He is wrong in that: 1. A pistol is already a gun, putting a brace on it doesn't turn it into a gun. 2. Putting a brace on a pistol has no effect on the caliber of the bullet fired from it. That is determined by the chamber and the barrel. It is like claiming putting a new suspension on a car gives it more horsepower. He is correct that Republicans (and libertarians) oppose the pistol brace ruling. I oppose the NFA in its entirety, it should be repealed. He doesn't seem to have any understanding of actual firearms though.
