Yes they happen so do attacks by right wingers too. Yet you didn’t think it was important enough to post about it until it was a Muslim.

You frequently do what you accuse others of doing. This very thread you accuse others of downplaying a threat, and I agree Islamic extremism is a threat, but ignored it yourself when it was something that doesn’t fit your ideology.

 

OP could just be like "because I think Muslim violence is a bigger, systemic problem" and, whether or not you agree with that, you could at least respect the honesty.

 

And yes there are plenty to attacks by the right. Just a few months ago a bunch of right wingers were arrested in Germany for trying to overthrow the government.

I’m not on Twitter but I see in my newsfeeds plenty of reports about attacks by the Right. I see reports by attacks by Islamist too.

Both are bad.

Im not going to go out of my way though in visiting everything through the lens of ideology and claim that it’s not important just “mental
Illness” when someone of one background does something and then they it’s the most horrible thing ever when someone of anothe background does it.

911 was the worst terrorist attacking carried out on US soil. The second worst was the Murrah Federal Building. One was carried out by Islamic extremist the other by Rightwing extremists. Neither should be downplayed because of who did them.

 

That’s not an honest view though when he accuses people of downplaying things because of ideology. He’s doing the exact same thing.

If he’s being honest he should admit then he didn’t think it was important when it was initially reported it wasn’t a Muslim who did it.
