Let me give you the 'we needed to develop wings and guards because it is guards' league' type of answer that was thrown around until the trade: 'We need to increase his trade value'. In reality, it was one of the horrible decisions by the management that eventually killed his trade value and took opportunities from other players.

These arguments are just thrown around with no connection to reality. The fact is that a lot of things were horribly misheld in the past two years and the people to blame are Silas until the point that the management should have understood that there is something fundamentally wrong with him, and after that it is the management.

The KPJ experiment worked against all player development, including kpj himself. Same for playing a scrub like Nix. Or having no vets. Not getting any plays for Jabari. Telling Sengun not to shoot. the my turn-your turn play that never has any off ball movement. The list goes on and on.

Should be easy for him to admit he's wrong considering how often he's wrong. Practice makes perfect, right?

63 three point shots attempted by both teams combined last night :D:D:D:D:D --- Denver had the better defense and the unique ability to have a post player that can expose weaknesses. You going to call a Denver repeat next season today or nah?

    LOL. 25.7% 3pt FG% for Miami, 17.9% 3pt FG% for Denver. Also, 34.4% 2pt FG% for Miami, 45.2p% 2pt FG% for Denver. Guess which team won.

Don't you get tired of being wrong :D?

You guys are so dense. Did those shots not go up? The beauty for Denver was that they could immediately switch to plan B and function at a high level, but yeah going ad hominem this early lets me know I've already won - the outlier clique over here thinking the game done changed!!! LMAO

If you had any shame, you'd refrain yourself from posting anything remotely related to Sengun, Jokic or the Nuggets during this whole summer but instead you post bs like "YoU gOiNg To CaLl A dEnVeR rEpEaT nExT sEaSoN tOdAy Or NaH?"

    That's just sad.

Shame? LMAOOOOOOOOOOO you outlier boys are seriously funny! Denver gets matched with the 8 seed now they're some juggernaut? (you like the fallacy? trying to keep up!) You casuals think they broke some sort of archetype cycle, but are really just too dumb to understand what you are watching.

This is why I know these guys will never admit they were wrong, even when Sengun leads us to back-to-back championships.

They would just say they were right anyway and this was just an outlier.

Just like they are doing now with Jokic.

Well for something NOT to be considered an outlier it sure better be repeatable beyond 1 time every 10 years dont you think? I'm with you on Alpie and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and having a guy similar to Jokic in directing traffic from the post/high post is supremely beneficial when the game stalls and outside shots dont fall, but dont believe for a second that 2>3 --- Miami regressed to the mean. They were the hottest shooting playoff team, but were MID most of the season and ultimately cooled off and played like an 8 seed. It didnt help that Himmy Butler turned into James Butler. Props to Denver NOBODY is taking anything away from them (contrary to your buddies who are all gassed up for their pats on the back! :D:D:D),

Maybe Denver gets matched with the 8th seed because 8th seed beat 1st and 2nd seed 4 times each?

It's almost like you are deliberately trying to be this stupid.

Wtf does Jokic’s success have to do with Sengun?

VC is not stupid. He, like many others on this board, just refuse to admit when they are wrong. It is ok to change your mind, I’ve done it 3 times at least on KPJ. When new evidence presents itself mature reasoning says you evaluate and decide whether you might have been just a little bit wrong.

Your inability to apply nuance and context while death gripping an asinine "Post-centric teams win rings" thought while being surface level with your matchup outcomes is seriously nearing mongoloid levels. You are more pumped up to strut in front of the room and "prove people wrong" than to actually comprehend what you are trying to argue and lack the capacity to describe in your own words what you see on the court. I almost feel sorry for you, but you keep doubling down on dumb.

The issue around here is there are too many guys with low self esteem that try and use this medium as a boost. What exactly was I wrong about in respect to Jokic or what wins championships in the NBA in general? Im comfortable enough in my own skin to own my errors and have done so HERE more than a few times and in the real world countless more times its called GROWTH. We should all strive to keep learning something new every day and making mistakes along the way is part of that so Im not sure why you guys need to line up those whom you perceive as "wrong" and need to further illustrate my thought for me by alluding to other examples (KPJ??).

So because Nikiola Jokic was the first 'star' big man in a primary role since Tim Duncan to win a ring that should somehow hold precedence to all the other years that a very distinguishable play style rules the day (3&D)? Holy smokes man that is the literal definition of outlier!
