could you please articulate what you thought represented bigotry in this post? and I have plenty of post wrt straight people and preying on kids, see Clinton, Bill, and Epstein, or Joe and showering with his daughter.
LOL. Talk about Identity Politics. Literally having your Twitter Handle be "The Gay Republican" really does alot in that arena. Totally normal person to follow on Twitter for normal super busy CEO types too.
Except aren’t Leftist the ones for identity politics? Also you’re the one who posted from “The Gay Republican”
Nah I would say leftists are definitely class warfare first. Neo-liberals are more in the identity politics wheelhouse ( Kente cloth kneel by Pelosi and gang)
Come back to me when I post something from a person on Twitter I follow by the name Straight White Democrat.
Charlize Theron has had TERRIBLE male role models in her life. Men have been terrible to her - I don't really blame her for hating men. I don't know what the situation is with her adopted daughter. She claims that she stays out of it and lets her daughter express herself. Her daughter identified as trans before she was 7 years old.
Can someone think of the Children? https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUse...ver_Beach_Park-Sunny_Isles_Beach_Florida.html Spoiler Me and my wife been there a lot over the past year. never planned to take our children to a place like this however everytime we go we see lots of kids there age there, all with with families. So thought maybe this would be ok for our kids especially since our kids are not shy and since we live in a rural area, they often are in the nude anyway. Our 4 boys who are between 4 and 9 years old, We told them that mom and dad have been going to a beach and thought they might like to go since other kids there age go there. We told them one thing was different and that you dont need to wear anything but they could stay in there briefs if they wanted to. None of them objected to going and they all thought it sounded fun, so we went this past weekend. Most families are around lifeguard stand 12-13 area so that is where we went with the kids There was a few other families there with some boys and girls around there age and our boys quickly undressed and had a blast playing in the sand, in the water and interacting with the other kids. They didnt care or even seem to notice that they werent wearing anything and were playing with the others just like any other time that we had gone to a normal beach (we had forgot to warn the boys that there may be girls there age there too.) But with them not being shy they never even mentioned anything about the girls, even on the way home. All they could talk about was how much fun the beach was, and that they liked not having to wear a sticky swimming suit. And are asking when we can go back. Spoiler
The first two are fear-mongering that are not connected to the other five (and the second is a thorny legal argument that I don't have strong opinions on because I'm not smart enough to pretend to know what the answer is). Also lol at the gay couple in the "let us get married" option being interracial. Can you make a conservative argument, not rooted in personal religious belief, that gay marriage should be outlawed? I don't think you can say "Well, trans activists are louder as a result" because their cause is independent of gay marriage and doesn't have the same obviously discriminatory effect that outlawing same-sex marriage did.
Gender identity is still fluid and ambiguous for most people at that age. I get there are studies that reveal an individual's lifelong personality can manifest as early as year 3, but until we get Minority Report levels of precognition, why add hormones and therapy before natural puberty? Adolescence is about hating your body's changes and having your world upended (while letting others know about it in any possible way). Chemically castrating (temporarily) a person in order to deny that change (while filling in alternate hormone therapy) presupposes the intended body change is multitudes better than the prospect of a feminine trans identity in an obviously masculine body or vice versa. I imagine most cis people already hate their body image from adolescence and onwards. There's simply a ton of noise factored into this. Windows for human growth shouldn't be trifled with. If we had full control over it, I image the kids of wealthy folks would be on a cocktail of muscle or breast/ass enhancers all while maintaining a model level weight class. An organic Kardashian. That's their identity, right? Trans awareness folks are pushing too hard with the gay awareness playbook, but they're not the same in terms of reversibility. Everyone should maintain some curiosity because life is never definite. If things were really up for the kid to decide, take them off drugs and spend more time with them to help work out their fears. Remove that bubble wrap and give them a path towards real autonomy no matter how much it hurts you.
So what of the counter argument that if a person is truly trans, giving them gender treatment after puberty limits the the amount one could transition and therefore making that trans person stuck for the rest of their life at a state they are devastated with which severely increases suicide risk? I mean which do you personally think is more common. An adult trans person wishing they did therapy as a child before puberty kicked in or adult trans people who regret transitioning as a child?
I have zero argument against gay marriage, conservative or otherwise. I have plenty of arguments against inserting the state between parents and their kids (except in extreme circumstances), whether those parents are gay, straight, or somewhere in-between.
