Isn't Jenna Ellis the fart sniffer? I would forever feel badly for her, but she made a choice to work with Rudy and sit next to him in that Michigan court room.

Santa Claus got upset that the orange cheetos was hoarding classified Christmas cards documents in the restroom so he called upon the us government and sleepy biden to get justice.

The story is still pending, we need to wait for our fantasy reporter os trig to provide both side of the story of this injustice

And don't forget that the bathroom has a lock! I wonder if donalds, mccarthy, and all other trump defenders realize how utterly idiotic their efforts to defend this sound?

Yes and Biden’s garage also had a lock too. I’m pretty sure McCarthy didn’t mention that when criticizing Biden.

Looks like a walking Flag Code violation...The GOP is really ranting about non-existent flag code violations this week. However, this fella here is a PATRIOT!

You're not supposed to fly a pig's head on a makeshift flagpole? Flag Code has so many weird rules!

That "flag code violation" was so ridiculous. They took a picture, cutting off the large American flag that was flying at top center of the building. republicans can't help but be dishonest.

Also the fact that staff testified the doors to rooms where the material was stored was often left wide open and in rooms with multiple entrances.

One of the narratives weaved in here that annoys me is the aspersions cast on how these documents were stored - in a bathroom, under a rusty pipe, etc. I get it, they weren't well secured from foreign agents or protect from accidental destruction. There is also something implicit there about our national secrets not being shown proper reverence (by being next to the toilet or whatever). But the implication is that the offense would be less severe if they were stored in a very secure way, and I don't think that's so. The first problem is that Trump had access to these documents when he not ought to have had it. No matter how safe or unsafe the documents were from others, they could not be made safe from Trump while he held them.

    I track this, @JuanValdez.

You know, the details of this debacle are distinctly Trumpian, and can't be separated from the overall narrative. Part of the clown show that is the Donald is the bright red nose, the curly wig and the goofy air horn, I'm afraid.

You get what you vote for.;)

I believe that the implication SHOULD BE (and by anyone who has read the indictment, actually is) that this information was potentially accessible in a multitude of ways to a multitude of individuals.

The particulars are, again, classically Donald Trump. Part of the story, but not crucial to the narrative.

Add to that the defiance and contempt with respect to returning these things to the National Archives, that was repeatedly conducted by the Donald and this Walt Nauta character (who was channelling, somehow, his inner G. Gordon Liddy)...

...and you've got your garden variety Espionage Act violations.

...and no, none of that means that the Donald was Peter Gunn or the man from U.N.C.L.E. or James Bond.

Hell, the Donald's not even Maxwell Smart in this.

A useful idiot in this would at least have an idea about what it is that makes himself useful.

I've actually read the indictment twice now. The first time, like I do with most things I read, just to devour the information and separate, if necessary, fact from fiction (or opinion, as it's called today). The second time, because I honestly could not believe what was being chronicled. Believe me when I say I was laughing so hard I was afraid I was going to die. I can't remember ever being so hilariously terrified by anything before or since.

This is what it is because of Donald Trump, @JuanValdez.

This looks like what it looks like because of Donald Trump.

A picture, they say, is worth a thousand words.
Not that you'd need all that many, when you see national security and state secrets stacked in boxes about five feet high in a garishly decorated (but noticably clean) bathroom in a hotel resort.

...I think the Donald's cleaning staff deserves some hazardous duty pay...;)

I don't think telling a grand jury about the PRA would help his case.

I get that is part of the sensationalism being imposed here, but it also shows Trump's willingness to expose the documents. It's almost sad that this adds the sensationalism to it.
