Who said anything about Trump? My last comment on him was to lock him up along with Ivanka and Jarod, as far as I can recall. Whether or not Trump goes to prison has nothing to do with any case against Biden.

You keep trying to use legal terms, but you don't understand what they mean. Hearsay really has no meaning outside of hearings in court. Witness statements in a warrant application or to the media (for example) would only be hearsay if they were offered in court to prove the matter asserted. Someone explaining to the FBI or the press what an email means is thus not hearsay (because it is not being offered in court). In the event there was a hearing in court, Hunter's business associates could certainly testify as to their knowledge of what it meant in their communications when someone referred to "10% for the big guy". It is no different than a police officer testifying that an email about a zip of chris is talking about an ounce of crystal methamphetamine.

You don't need to prove that Joe Biden actually received the money. If you can prove that money was given and held for him, that is sufficient, especially when he subsequently met with the people that paid the money. Again, the laptop is hard evidence. The testimony of the people with first hand knowledge would be hard evidence. Evidence is simply that information provided to the trier of fact in order for them to decide what the fact of the case are. It can be in the form of testimony, electronic records of communications, or statements of the party. It can be statements of third parties that were made against their penal interest. You may not like the case, but to say there is no evidence simply shows that you don't know what evidence means in a legal sense.

 

Nothing in the laptop is "hard evidence" as NOTHING DIRECTLY LINKS JOE BIDEN. You thinking "10% for the top guy" is hard evidence is literally making me laugh off my bed. I'm not sure if you're playing dumb or seriously this dumb.

If officials at Mar A Lago regularly used "big guy" to refer to Trump and there was an email exchange that "the big guy" showed top secret plans for invasion of Iran to a visitor, that would absolutely be used as evidence against Trump. You are literally arguing against the use of monikers or code names in prosecutions. There would never be a gang conviction if that was the case. Everyone is referred to by made up names.

They don't need to have communications with Joe Biden. It is sufficient that they are aware Joe Biden was regularly referred to as "the big guy". I’m absolutely sure they were looking to curry favor and try to gain access to the White House. I’m pretty convinced Hunter Biden was peddling influence. That doesn’t prove that access was gained, or influence was actually gained on Joe Biden while
He was Vice President.

 

This bears repeating. That there have been multiple investigations into Hunter Biden by people who already have a bias against the Biden’s. That they can’t prove a legal case against the Biden’s goes to the lack of strength of the case.

In the meantime even the former AG of Trump’s Admin. Has said that the case against Trump is overwhelming.

 

From all accounts that I have read on here is that if Hunter did something charge him, but this BS of people like Grasserly getting on the house floor yesterday and spouting out hypotheticals needs to stop, if you have real evidence then charge him, the gop crowd has been spouting this crap for years, now put up or shut up. I would not be shocked or surprised if Hunter tried to benefit from the Biden name, put the pieces together and indicate (yes I know what the spells LOL) him.
