Because the posture is obviously a clown act inappropriate for children. The emoji serves to highlight the posture which again is inappropriate…It’s similar to where you show a picture and circle edit the exact issue as an example

People circle something on pictures because it might not be obvious and when someone does circle something on a picture that is obvious usually it's memeified as a joke because what is the point of the circle if it's so obvious?

If the posture was obviously inappropriate why can't the simple picture stand on its own to convey the message ?

I mean the answer is obvious. They wanted people's initial reaction to this to assume that the person exposed their genitals

Here is the picture without the emoji. Not only is a spandex there but from the darker tone near the crotch area, they are also wearing some sort of briefs or something underneath the spandex.

And why would you assume this posture was on purpose and not the person just trying to grab something from the ground?

Why is the assumption that they are a pedophile?

I think it’s very obvious that the posture is nothing but a clown act which appropriately is worthy of a clown emoji…It’s obvious definitely in so outrageous thus the clown emoji is deemed appropriate

Well then put a clown face on their face to show they are a clown as you believe they are. Instead they put the face on the crotch and literally you can go belt the replied comments full of Twitter blue users assuming it's exposed dick and balls.

It’s clearly a inappropriate posture in front of children…regardless of spandex underwear- And I’m not hating on my LGB cutie friends , I would have that same stance if it was a straight woman with a extremely short skirt exposing spandex skin tight underwear

And you lied. It's obvious they have spandex and some sort of briefs. So two layers of clothing between the balls and exposure.

So why is there an emoji on the crotch area?

Can you admit at least the purpose was to make people assume it's exposed balls? Is that at least something you can admit to?
You can believe it's inappropriate and also understand that the framing of it is for propaganda purposes to illicit a specific type of reaction.

The issue is you believe they are a clown. Which means it makes more sense to put a clown face on their face. Putting it on the genitals is an attempt to make people assume they are exposed.

I don't and it's irrelevant and this post is signalling to me you are running out of talking points.

I don’t care what the underwear is it’s still inappropriate considering the posture…again would this posture be appropriate if it was a straight woman in front of children? Shortened skirt, spandex skin tight underwear exposed?

If a straight woman sat on a chair with leggings and briefs with their legs not crossed you would be raging? Doubt it.

I don’t think they are a clown I think they could possibly be a nice person, but the posture was a clown act , I agree with that

I don't want to do this all weekend.

I just want to show you that these type of posts aren't coming from a sincere desire to help children but to create rage bait content for propaganda.

Whatever the act was, the purpose of the emoji on the crotch was to make people believe it was exposed genitals rather than leggings and briefs.
