To restate for all of those talking about political persecution, corrupt deep state and blah blah blah. Trump was given multiple opportunities to turn over all of the classified material that he had. Instead multiple judges including Trump appointees found that Trump had not fully cooperated. The evidence in this case is obvious and overwhelming.
And Trump still has documents that he has not turned over. I’d say no to Bond or House Arrest until every missing document has been accounted for.

A former president should not be above the law. This type of thinking should disqualify him from running for public office by itself. Disgusting. Our leaders should be held to higher standards than who they represent.

You mean like Trump being the first president to be impeached twice, the first to have members of his own party vote to remove him, or that he started his term settling a lawsuit over his fraudulent university, during his term was forced to shut to down his foundation for defrauding a veterans groups, and after his term losing a multimillion dollar case over sexual harassment. Now being the first the first former president to to be indicted. You can vote for him if you want to but certainly a lot has happened to Trump.
Trump won’t be arrested becaue he will surrender voluntarily and get a chance to post bail like he do in the case over His business dealings in NY.
