Anyway. Waking up this morning, Brown **** him. Rookie needs to take a class on keeping his composure. Another series dropped against an above 500 team.

Other than hearing some of the game in the radio I didn’t get a chance to watch it. Glad I did especially not around Twins fans..

 

I recognize the act of an impersonator literally playing with fire. I normally just let it go, but I'm at least glad you are upfront and honest about your contempt for the sacred. But on occasion, the skeptic becomes a Defender if he is honest with himself.

I can always hope.

 

It really is an act, what can I say. Lol. Eh, maybe I believe a tiny bit just because I was raised Catholic. But not too much. Anyway, carry on sorry to derail the thread a bit.

 

Truce, we can play nice, we're Astros fans. I think I'm more of a defuser than the tough guy. I'm usually the one trying to tell people things aren't so bad when **** gets bad in a game. I know we had some back and forth after the Pressly blown save. What's worse than blowing a game? Thinking your closer is terrible which impacts the whole season. I was talking up Pressly that day just as much for my sanity as talking others off the ledge.

*Raised Catholic too but ain't exactly practicing these days.

 

Well, that sucked.

Today's another day.

Just a little speed bump.

1) Diaz got into the game and homered- just a little more likely to get more playing time.

2) Alex continued to put the slump behind him with 2 hits.

3) Jake continues to rake= 1.066 OPS w/ 5 extra base hits, including 3 HR in 9 games the past 15 days.

4) Pena 2 more hits from the #2 spot.

Always something positive in all games.

Now let's forget this happened.

Right - I said they weren't performing up to expectations in the 2nd part of what you quoted. But the players themselves are the same. My post was in response to Click making things better if he was still here. Tucker and Bregman were on the team last year. They would have still been on the team this year with Click. You seem to have missed the entire context of my post.
