California does some things that make me SMH, I get the intent but I don't think the government has a right to interfere at this level. Our board of directors is very diverse but I would never want anyone to mandate who was on our board, we see having a diverse group good for the betterment of ideas and life lessons and thus a better overall company culture and success.
Everyone supports the "cause" whatever it is until their wallet is affected. See Lebron/Kerr and Hong Kong, when suddenly they don't have an opinion. Nobody actually cares, money is king.
